I have a paper in the latest issue (17:5) of the German Law Journal, in which I examine the discourse of sovereign debt in terms of two traditions of liberal thought about the morality of economic life, and the different qualities of economic cooperation and governance within and beyond the state.
This is a Special Issue on Democracy and Financial Order, and includes contributions examining international financial governance from a variety of theoretical perspectives (and it’s all open access, so you have no excuse not to check it out).
